Account
The unique registered profile created by a User on the gn999 platform, used to access all gaming and financial services available on the site.
Platform
The gn999 website, mobile web interface, and all associated digital services, tools, game integrations, and communication channels operated under the gn999 brand.
Funds
Any BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) balance held within a User's gn999 Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Bonus
Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, reload offer, or other incentive credited to a User's Account by gn999, subject to the specific wagering requirements and expiry terms communicated at the time of issue.
Who May Use gn999
Access to and use of the gn999 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. gn999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not comply.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for, access, or use the gn999 platform in any capacity. Users who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds confiscated pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. gn999 operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy.
Each individual is permitted to hold one active Account on gn999. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gn999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the user from the platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering an Account and when requested at any subsequent point by gn999. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any held funds.
gn999 is operated for users in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the gn999 platform is lawful under any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. gn999 does not accept liability for use of the platform where such use may be restricted or prohibited by local law.
Account Registration, Security, and Verification
To access the full range of gn999 services, you must create a registered Account by providing a valid mobile number and setting a secure password. The registration process is straightforward and can be completed in under two minutes. By registering, you represent that all information submitted is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. gn999 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to take the following steps to protect your Account:
- Use a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
- Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify gn999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- Do not access your Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
Account Verification (KYC)
gn999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or as part of our ongoing compliance obligations. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered mobile number. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
gn999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit and withdrawal methods supported by gn999 are BDT-native mobile financial services, enabling fast and convenient transactions for users across Bangladesh. By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or prohibited source.
Deposit Terms
The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the gn999 platform:
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gn999, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
- Deposits are credited to your gn999 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. gn999 does not control third-party payment processing timelines.
- gn999 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the gn999 platform:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering standards.
- gn999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes of approval for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. gn999 is not liable for delays caused by the recipient payment provider.
- gn999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
gn999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issue and the general conditions set out below. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to all applicable bonus terms.
All bonus amounts credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus offer. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement must be completed using real-money or bonus funds on eligible games within the stated validity period.
Each bonus offer carries a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. Bonus funds and any associated free spin winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. gn999 does not extend bonus validity periods.
Any User found to be exploiting bonus offers through collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed by gn999 to constitute bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Account closed. gn999 monitors betting patterns specifically to detect and prevent bonus abuse.
The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through new account registrations will be treated as bonus abuse under Clause B3.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use Policy
To maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gn999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes on the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or communicating game information in real time during live dealer sessions.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, display errors, or any technical anomaly to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using third-party payment methods.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward gn999 staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Registering an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing any other person to use your Account credentials to access or operate the Account.
gn999 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, gn999 will take appropriate action commensurate with the severity of the breach, which may include formal notification to relevant authorities where required by law.

gn999 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond gn999's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government actions.
gn999 integrates third-party game providers and payment processors to deliver its services. gn999 is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or service interruptions of any third-party provider. Any disputes relating to a specific game outcome must be raised with gn999 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law
gn999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gn999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the gn999 website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith. gn999 operates as a platform dedicated to the Bangladesh market and will apply these Terms in a manner consistent with the best interests of its Bangladesh user base.
